On orders of $100 or less, payment is required at time of delivery. Orders over $100 require a 25% nonrefundable deposit with the remainder due upon receipt of order. I gladly accept credit cards via PayPal or over the phone, company, or personal checks. If choice of payment is checks, the shipping of the product will be delayed by 7 business days.
If an order requires digitizing, the fee will be incurred by the customer and is payable upon sew-out approval. Adjustments will be made to the design until the customer is satisfied. Amendments or additions to the original submitted design will be made a customer's expense. Sew It All will archive the design at no additional charge. The digitizing fee is due at the time the order is placed, any outstanding balance is due upon receipt of order.
